Tom is an excellent savvy corporate and SEC lawyer and I’ve worked with all the major Mpls law firms. The last deal he did for me netted my company $16,500,000 from a Wall Street Firm that he brought to the table; not only the capital but Wall Street Coverage. He has been working all weekend to finalize our current deal. I have worked with him for 24 years and he knows all the major Mpls players and many bankers, funds and investors nationally and internationally. If he is not able to help you, then I do not think anyone can.
